2. Personal Data Processed
Through the booking and contact forms, we process your full name, phone number, (if provided) email address and the message/note content you submit. As no payment is taken on the site, no financial data is processed.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to create and manage your appointment, to communicate with you, to respond to your requests and questions, and to improve service quality.
4. Legal Basis
Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment or performance of a contract (the appointment), legitimate interest and your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, to the suppliers from whom we receive infrastructure services (e.g. hosting / database provider). It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may exercise your rights — to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and the other rights listed in the law — by contacting us through the channels above.
